I set up sync right before a new install of windows 7. I cannot get my sync to set up properly.

I had signed up and set up sync right before a new install of windows 7. I made sure Firefox stated the data was sent to the server before letting IT take over(company policy). I had made sure I used the sync code input on my PC from my Iphone before hand.

I now cannot get my data from the server. Incorrect Sync code is primary. Each device is telling me to add the other device in the event my sync code is not working correctly.
