Why has my toolbar been changed to ALOT? I have been experiencing lots of pop-ups since it showed up. I want Google back. How do I do it?

I don't know what ALOT is. I have always had Google. Since ALOT has somehow gotten on my screen I have had lots of pop-ups. I don't know how to stop the pop-ups and they are distracting. Please help.
