Feature Request: I want Firefox 4 to remember search history, but not form data, without having to use a third-party plug-in. Is this possible now and I am just not seeing it?
I don't like having Firefox (or any browser for that matter) remembering any form history, as I do not see this as secure data storage (IT security/network engineer). Currently the only way to disable this is to also disable search history, which is a useful tool to have, and I am not worried about the security of that data (I don't search for sensitive data). I would like to see these two options under the Privacy->Custom Settings Preference to be separated so that people can more finely control what of their data is stored. Is this possible without the use of third-party plugins?
