Which version of TB? TB menu > Help > About Thunderbird.

There is a 'Reset Folder Order' option in TB 149, but it hasn't been back-ported to 140 and not sure it will be.

If you might want to upgrade to release...

Release Channel:

- more stable

- newest features

- other improvements, e.g., graphical/functional

Note: some add-ons will not work until they are updated

Extended Support Release Channel (ESR):

- stability

- consistent behavior

- low maintenance

- fewer new features
