Mozilla is emailing accounts that have remained inactive for two years. Does it look like https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-account-deletion-inactivity? It's great to know that you are cautious of suspicious emails, please make sure that the email is sent from a legitimate Mozilla email address.
