It worked for me. see screenshot You will need show us what happens when you try and post screenshot(s) and links.

When fill out the form and hit the submit button nothing happens... It doesn't submit the form. When I try using Edge and hit the submit button it goes through and the form is accepted.

I just re-tried it using FFx and it worked(!)... Usually it won't work and I end up using Edge. I tried turning off my ad blocker ect. earlier but that didn't have any effect. I don't know why FFx does that. It shouldn't be temperamental.
