I lost access to both my email address and iphone data within a matter of days. How do I sync account on phone without using the same email address?

I lost both my email address (Verizon stopped providing email, so now I have a new email) and all data on my iphone (I forgot passcode). I have a Sync account set up on my computer and laptop and I used to have it on my phone. But now when I try to access on my phone to sync it, it says that the only way I can do it is to send verification to my email...which I no longer have. I understand that I can't change my email on my Sync Account. I don't want to lose my hundreds of bookmarks. And I want to have access to my bookmarks on my phone just like I used to. What can I do?

Create a new Firefox Account using either the Desktop or Laptop. Your data will sync to the new account from that device, then you can connect the other device and the mobile device to the new Firefox Account.

You shouldn't lose any sync data on the desktop or laptop, but the iPhone may be an issue if it has data that the other two devices don't have.
