I've created a passkey for logging in to Google.

When trying to log in to Google within Firefox on my Pixel 9 phone, I'm automatically taken to the page where I should be prompted to enter my passkey, but no prompt actually appears, so there's no way for me to actually enter my passkey. (See attached screenshot.)

To be clear, I can still tap "Try another way" and log in using other methods, such as via an approval prompt sent to my other devices.

This problem does not happen on my Samsung tablet. When I try to log in to Google within Firefox on my tablet, I'm given the choice to log in via various methods, and if I choose to use a passkey, I *am* given a prompt to enter my passkey.

Any idea what the problem could be?

I used to be able to save bookmarks in specific folders. That option is no longer available. When I try and select Bookmarks Menu nothing happens. I can go into Bookmarks and see all my folders. I don't know after which update I noticed the issue. Is there a fix for this? I'm running Firefox 148.0.2 (Build #2016148295), on Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, SM-P 613.

Can I fine-tune sync the way I want?

I would love to be able to sync bookmarks and passwords between two desktops yet sync just the bookmarks to a third device: an Android phone. Why? Because while I want my bookmarks available everywhere, I don't want sensitive passwords on a device that leaves home.

But I don't see a way to do that. I've tried, and I find the passwords and up being synced no matter how I configure the settings.

Nor, apparently, can I export the bookmarks and passwords to a file, strip out the passwords, and import the bookmarks alone to the phone--what I was hoping could be a workaround. I gather one can't import to mobile Firefox. Have to sync.

So I'm back where I started: unable to do what I want to do.

And I missing something?

Hello I switched from Chrome to Firefox two months ago. I noticed from the beginning of using it that it causes a lot of problems playing videos. I tried playing YouTube and Facebook videos, but many times they keep loading but don't play. I confirmed that my internet was fine and even when testing with ad blockers like uBlock turned off, it sometimes failed to play the video. The problem is really annoying for a user, please fix it.

I mean couple of patches ago, background playback worked just fine. Even on screen shut-off and making easier to listen to Podcasts.

Now, it's back to where it just shuts off if screen is no longer active. The hatred edition of active user screen playback nobody needs.

This is why using Firefox on Android is nuisance. YOU DON'T HAVE THESE SETTINGS ACCESSIBLE.

Int the main Bookmark menu, the sub folder "Food" does not show. Cnnot place the bookmark in the right folder. None of them are showing. Selecting the edit button doesn't show them either.

Hi. So I've been having this issue where, I search something in google, it searches what I asked it to. Then I search again and it finds what I asked it to. The third time if I search again it'll go back to the first thing I tried to search as if i just pressed BACK twice. Something similar happens if I search for something, and then if I search the second thing and tap on the website and then press BACK, it'll go back to the first Google result I ssearched. It's been a few weeks this has been happening and the only thing that'll TEMPORARILY fix it is if I close firefox. If you need any more information I'd be happy to help you help me. Thank you!

When I tap a text box to type on some webpages, the page automatically zooms in, making me have to manually zoom out again. I understand why this might be helpful to some people, but I just find it frustrating. Is there a way to disable it? I don't see anything in the accessibility settings and I've tried making my font size bigger, but that didn't work.

I'm using a Pixel 10 Pro XL updated to the latest March software update and made sure Firefox mobile was up to date on the Play Store.

Well you use to have hubs for mozz and other fun web pages to create and explore Firefox in also looking to find ai driven AR web development platforms that work well for things like lens attachments for vr and AR sites that allow me to use a map and camera to view things as another reality live adaptable plug ins to browse webpages and use cloud services that provide enough software services to run a server capable of producing games for these lenses things like googles new xr AR goggles are something to talk about also I thought the mozz webpage was a great way to learn Firefox in a small scale environment connected to the web

I have picture in picture allowed in the settings and it's not working with any video website I've tried. Even the audio stopped until I found an extension that allowed it to continue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with android 16 and one ui 8.5.

I'm using firefox mobile version 148.01 on Samsung A55 running Android 16. When i create a new bookmark, i can't select which folder to put it into, i can only put it into 'bookmarks' folder, not any subfolders inside of it. Editing the saved bookmark doesn't help either

Turning off the "Automatically delete browsing history" feature often doesn't allow you to delete "Recently visited tabs." It seems that tab history generated from manually closed bookmarks can't be deleted through this feature either。Hope it can be fixed

I signed into my account earlier today. I received one email from you with a code to insert. Once this was done I then received 2 notification emails acknowledging my having signed in. Recently I haven't been able to properly edit my bookmarks. I can't sort them into sub-folders when saving or editing them. The subfolders still exist, I just can't seem to add anything to them. And going further back picture-in-picture doesn't work. It works for another browser but all I get from Firefox is audio only. Solution?

Hello! I appreciate many niceties of the 148 update, but i'm having an issue resulting in many more tabs on Android mobile than I usually generate. When I search something and then want to sesrch the same query again using a different search engine (by selecting a different search engine from the tab bar menu) a new tab opens, leaving the query via the previous search engine open, and the current query of the current search engine in a new tab with focus. I'm aware that this behavior can be modified on desktop, but there is no such setting for android.

I would really love for this behavior to be reverted or optional, as it's made it so I need to clear out many tabs of duplicate queries (on different sesrch engines) and it makes me avoid using the built-in search engine switcher to prevent generating more tabs :( (which sucks because I have like 10+ custom searches and they're very useful!)
