Firefox updated to v144.0 and deleted ALL bookmarks in the process. ALL troubleshooting efforts described by Mozilla are not accurate and do not resolve the issue. Given the >25% ratings on those trouble shooting pages, I'm betting a LOT of others have the same problem.

Bookmarks gone. Cannot manually add a bookmark. Ctrl B toggle works but nothing shows up. Mozilla’s offers 100 solutions- none work.

The launch of Firefox Profiles seems to have obliterated everything in my account: bookmarks, history, open tabs, and extensions are all gone completely. I have an option to import files from another browser, but not from my own past firefox. I logged into my Mozilla account, but I didn't have any other devices so I think it was still unable to recover the data? Is there anything I can do about this, or is all of my data truly gone?
In the morning of 10/26/25 Firefox opened with all of my information (Bookmarks, etc). When I got back on in the evening everything was gone.
