Je n'arrive plus à marquer les pages d'un site que j'ai ouvert et que je veux conserver. Je constate cette anomalie depuis quelques jours seulement: qu'est-ce qui ne marche plus?

OK recently firefox has been misbehaving in that some bookmarks froze or would not load. I thought it was SKY but other browsers were OK. Managed to refresh Firefox etc which changed the bookmark icons to generic icon of a globe. Then unable to delete / modify / save bookmarks. Followed Mozilla support advice help / more troubleshooting information / profile folder / open folder / check properties / sqlite / change from read only all folder s& subfolders / exit firefox. Icons reappeared but in the address bar is the full URL rather than the original saved bookmark and no blue star to indicate that bookmark. So bookmark works but the URL label instead of the short version is the full version of the URL of Bloggsandco,com TERWF78;ULUFWOUW88UY not Bloggsandco.com and no blue star. I am zero tech savvy before you ask and whilst there may have been a corrupt file in Firefox there have been two fixes with CMD SFC/scannow repairs (W10 64 bit) and now Firefox refresh. Of course lost all extensions and theme on refresh firefox. Any thoughts - have managed now to delete excess bookmarks

I have a pretty through bookmark system. I use folders a lot, and the little window that pops up presents too much confusion if there are a lot of folder already open from previous bookmarking. Is there a method to have bookmark manager open by default upon selecting the bookmark star and allow me to bookmark the current page? Is there a default setting that will open the small bookmark window with all folders closed? If not how do I go about making a suggestion to Mozilla to include this in their next upgrade.

Bookmarks keep changing to globe ocon and nothing happens when I cilck on them. I have tried suggested solutions but without success. Can I get technician to access my laptop and sort out like with other Apps support etc?

All my bookmarks and toolbar have disappeared. Even new url(s) that I bookmark do not show up. I have followed many recommendations from Mozilla to no avail. Need help from a very frustrated user.

I've imported my boockmarks as an HTML file from my windows10 PC to my new Windows11 PC. they are in a folder marked bookmarks Toolbar, but they aren't on it. How do I get them onto the toobar?

Since the update to Firefox 146.0.1. on December 20th 2025, I cannot save any new bookmarks or organize the existing ones. I used CCleaner 7 but uninstalled it because there seemed to be a problem. But that hasn't changed anything for me. When I checked the integrity of Places Database, this is what I got:

It looks like now Firefox bookmarks every page I visit. This is not right! I only want to bookmark pages I explicity request to be bookmarked. How can we fix this?

Just bought my new Acer Lap Top Downloaded Firefox on it. Trying to bookmark some of my sites. It first let me bookmark them. Now they have all disappeared and it will no longer let me bookmark anything. Can anyone please help me?
