Is Mozilla.org responsible for 'Secure Card' pop-ups when making credit card online purchases?
An bogus credit card 'secure code' service pop-up appears during a purchase activity. Card issuer claims it's a scam. Provider of merchandise said it's the browser. What's the story?

No, This is not from Mozilla or is any part of firefox.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try some of the following programs to scan for malware:
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Microsoft Security Essentials (A good permanent anti-virus if you don't already have one)
