Suddenly Firefox has changed the text size of my mail page...I am unable to read the text or mail, it is so small. what has happened and how can I rectify this?

When opening my Mail window, I found the text size was virtually unreadable. It has decreased. and I have no idea how to rectify this. This problem only started today-
