The procedure entry point JS_SetOperationLimit could not be located in the dynamic library JS3250.dll.=>this comment appears when I start/log on windows. But I can still use firefox browser.
at first, the comment said xul.dll not found. then i installed it. after restarting, js3250 not found appeared, so i installed it. then restarting, MOZCRT19.dll not found, and again i installed this dll file. After all what i have done, the comment i write above appears.
