Can’t get to my profile folder.
My computer is locked and I have been working all day to try to get to my profile folder to disable captive-portal. I’m signed to FireFox and the menu button I check help and the troubleshooting information tab doesn’t appear.
My computer is locked and I have been working all day to try to get to my profile folder to disable captive-portal. I’m signed to FireFox and the menu button I check help and the troubleshooting information tab doesn’t appear.

If you go to about:profiles in the address bar, you should see your Firefox profiles, each with a button to open the profile folder location.
Remember to completely close Firefox before making changes or moving or copying files in your Firefox profile.
