Browser won't work

Hi, Firefox won't load any websites but other browsers do. Just get a blank screen and can't 'refresh' either (interestingly, Firefox View tab still works)

I have checked antivirus & firewall settings, and reinstalled Firefox several times. Any suggestions please? Thanks

PS This may have been caused by my trying to get rid of the "Your browser is being managed by your organisation" message in Settings. Or not. It stopped working around that time

Also, the app toolbar only works partially and intermittently. I'm able to change settings occasionally but rarely. Cheers
