SPYWARE ALERT! Attempted to Clear Data via Settings/Privacy and Security/Clear Data/Clear/Clear NUMEROUS TIMES and it consistently leaves 2.0 MB of Cached Web Content. THIS is the exact same reason that I quit using MS Edge.

That's not malware alert the Browser will always load cache to run everytime you use it. That is what it does so it can work as your Browser. You can't use browser without agreeing to TOS when you use it so it can work.
