On starting Firefox after booting up, Windows Program Installation Permission box shows. When clicked 'yes', Firefox flashes a window with a small unreadable box, then starts up with a box stating "update failed, please ensure only one copy of Firefox is running and restart browser." My browser and email programs are started manually, i.e. not part of autostart, closing box and browser and restarting results in same sequence, every restart.
