My Officejet Pro 8620 E printer will no longer duplex when I use Firefox. I click two sided print to no avail - two pages will print rather than on both sides. I do not have this problem if I use Safari. Operating system is El Capitan Version 10.11.6. I prefer to use Firefox so hope we can get this issue resolved.
