ebay loops on sign in

If i clear cache it works for about 15 minutes after that i have to clear cache again. I have tried other browsers they are all fine it is just Firefox. I spoke with eBay who said Firefox is useless for eBay, but i have not had these issues before they just started today. Previously it was a simple empty history and that was it for ages, but this is every 15 minutes or 20 plus pages.

What is your Firefox version?

Location of the cache files; Windows: *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\ Mac: ~/Library/Caches/Firefox/Profiles/ Linux: ~/.cache/mozilla/firefox/

Close Firefox. Open your file browser to the above, and remove the folder.

Hello mark, another option is to......disable cache in firefox, if you want to do that toggle(double-click on it) to false the next preference in about:config

  • browser.cache.disk.enable
