I use logitech setpoint for mouse controls, firefox says no, can I get around it?

I have a Logitech wireless track ball mouse, I use the SetPoint app to control how the mouse works on my machine. Firefox says that it could not be verifed for use in Firefox. Is there a workaround for this, Or do I find a new browser?
