Hello,

  • with closed firefox, hold down the shift key while starting Firefox and you are in firefox safe mode.
  • with open firefox, click the 3-bar menu (on your right up), then help (the question-mark, and then choose the "Restart with Add-ons Disabled..." and you are in firefox safe mode.

but Firefox Safe Mode is mode that can be used to troubleshoot and fix problems, what is your problem and firefox works better in safe mode ?
