Hello,

sorry for the weird title, it's hard to explain for me. My problem occurs not only for my usual Firefox, it occurs even after a complete Firefox refresh, without any Addons or changings in the options. It's just the Firefox, IE and Opera don't have that problem. I have Win7.

I can play most movieclips (Streams) as intended. That means I can for example click the progress bar to an unbuffered point, the player skips to that location and I can watch from there.

That does not work with every clip. Some clips (it's always the same pages but I cannot give you an example here) don't work that way. I can skip to a later part, yes. But only if the player has already buffered to that point. If it's in the unbuffered part, I cannot jump there.

Any advice?

Really noone? :)

THere is another thing I noticed. I can work the buttons in Full screen, but if the same player-type is windowed, the buttons don't work at all. I need to go to full screen first.

Yes, it's only the Firefox, even after refreshing it. Everything works with Opera or IE.

Does that site use flash, HTML . . . . . .  ?

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
