When I update Firefox, it notifies me that my chosen theme won't work with the new version, and offers to update it. I agree, and it proceeds to download and install the updated version of the theme. Then it continues to load the updated version of Firefox, but with the DEFAULT theme selected (not the newly-updated theme as expected). I have to go into addons/appearance and select the theme I used previously, after which Firefox tells me to restart. When I do, the theme works fine, but it seems to me like the point of checking compatibility and downloading, then installing the updated theme before Firefox starts, is to avoid this multiple-step process. What I would like Firefox to do is check for the new theme, find it, install it, and then use it immediately, instead of marking it disabled and forcing me to re-enable it each time. This has happened with the last several major version updates to Firefox. I believe it used to work correctly. Any chance of restoring it so that it works as expected?
