How to deploy exceptions to signon feature

I'm installing Firefox to multiple machines using an unattended installation. I'm also putting some default configuration in place using a custom configuration file and copying it into the program directory. All of this works fine. Now I want to deploy a setting that Firefox should *NOT* remember passwords for specific sites. I can disable this from the menu, but apparently these settings are stored in an encrypted way within logins.prefs in the user's profile directory.

In my deployment I do not want to mess with the profile directory of each user. Is there a way to keep the signon feature enabled globally, but disabled for specific sites? How can I tackle this?
