With Firefox 46.0.1 none of my accounts open properly and don't get complete access to any type account that i open on Firefox. i cleared my history, cleaned up cache and cookies and still the same issues. either Mozilla get it's browser working or I stop using it all together. it is extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Did you downgrade to Firefox 44.0 or did you use another computer to post this question?

Can you give more details about what goes wrong?

Is content missing on web pages?

Can you attach a screenshot to show possible error pages?

  • use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

I upgraded my firefox but i think the issue is with the new version. For example, I used to get a calendar bedside the date boxes (from and to boxes) in my chatr account in image below, but i don't now. Or when I try online shopping I can no longer add to the cart (shopping bag). I cleaned cache and cookies but didn't help. I hope you have a solution.
