I cannot open open video streaming using my Honeywell security website which is Total Connect 2.0. A prompt appears stating to load Quick Time, which is loaded.

The experts at Mac have confirmed the latest Quicktime has been loaded. My Firefox is up to date. Java is up to date. Pop ups are not blocked.

Honeywell recommend to use Mozilla Firefox as the preferred browser for viewing total connect 2.0 home security.

Please assist.
