I can't delete high stairs; I've deleted it on my pc, deleted it in apps in mozilla but it still works!
High Stairs is some type of advertising that doesn't allow to work on my PC. I have already deleted it from my computed and from mozilla adds, I even deleted Mozilla and downloaded it once again but for some reason high stairs still works! Please, help me to delete this junk.

Ad / mal-ware likes to hide. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
