Tried a few times to download Firefox but each time it is in Turkish language. I wondered if there was a section in tools to change the language, but not understanding the Turkish language made it impossible for me to find. How can I download again ensuring it is in English. Thanks to anyone who can help.

hi normc3943, you can download the right version for your language from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Tried the English version on the list philipp gave but it still loaded Turkish language. I should point out that I recently downloaded some drivers that were missing from my laptop. The original Turkish version seemed to be among them. I have deleted all I could find but maybe there is some file left on my system making this happen. Thanks for your help though, perhaps other suggestions can be offered later.

You can check the general.useragent.locale pref on the on the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

Did you do a clean reinstall and deleted the Firefox program folder?
