i have a suggestion for FireFox and would like to reach an actual human to speak with about my suggestion. How does one do that?

my suggestion, which i am not inclined to reveal at first contact is for business and enterprise users. I would like to speak with a programmer if at all possible. Surely there must some humans there.

Hello Edmeister,

Given the nature of my question, was the link, albeit helpful in some manner, about being able to contact someone at Mozilla/Firefox to speak directly? Strangely, in this wonderful tech world of which I am a member in good standing, would it be possible to speak to someone without going to a forum and drowning in a sea of (too much) information. Are programmers actually reachable? I have an idea... a good idea.
