Msn.com opens a tab whenever my computer is idle?

All of a sudden when my computer is idle and i touch the mouse to "unidle" it, msn.com automatically opens a new tab. My homepage is already set, I don't have any new add ons. Can someone please help me make this stop? It's driving me crazy. IOS Windows 8.1
