2 things, a question and a statement: address bar disappeared and beta updates.

I fired up FF this morning and my address bar is gone. How do I restore it? No ideas given except re-installation. I do not want to re-install or reset. We need an option to bring it back.

Also, some of my tools in the vertical toolbar disappeared, and I can not restore them. I use "self destructing cookies" and the icon for that has disappeared and can not be re-installed.

I want off the beta updates. The nightly changes screw up a lot of web sites I use. Some of the extensions become un-usable . Specifically, the "Magic Actions for YouTube". I've seen it fail in a dozen different ways since getting onto the beta testing.

I need the close tab icon restored and the add on that restores it doesn't work any more.

All in all, I really don't know where the FF team is going, but the further along it gets along it's path, the worse FF gets. If I wanted Google Chrome, I'd use it. There have been periods when FF was perfect, then someone tries to make it better. FAIL.

My thoughts?? Ask users before you start making changes to see what's working and what's not. Then fix what's not and leave what is the hell alone.
