One of the things I heavily rely on with FireFox is it storing words I type in reply boxes on various forums. Lately however, Firefox only seems to keep them for several hours, then they disappear. For example, I can type in "K Frame." (See image attached) The next time I go to use that field again, that text will automatically appear. And it may continue to do so for several hours, even if I close out Firefox and return later, but eventually, within 24 hours, it will disappear and I will have to retype it again the nest time I want to use that phrase. FireFox used to hold these words or phrases forever.

Any suggestions????? Both my Windows 11 and Firefox are up to date.

How can I remove "Firefox suggests" URLs from the address/search bar on Android? I found the help article "Firefox Suggest for Mobile" (last updated 4/22/24) but when I follow its directions, I only see the first 3 toggleable options. "Suggestions from Firefox" and "Suggestions from sponsors" don't appear at all. The suggested URLs are frequently sites I have never been to and never want to go to, and their appearance is extremely irritating. Attached is a screenshot of the settings page as it appears to me, with only 3 options.

How to search for installed (both enabled and disabled) addons extensions in Firefox browser like chrome does via "chrome://extensions/" in 2025?

It is quite surprising that in 2024-25, firefox still doesnt have any option to search for installed addons via "about:addons". You can only search for addon site, not for those installed on your device and profile and browser.

Is firefox team really updating their browser for 2025 when compared to chrome?

How to change home page and new tab to desired URL or any extension of Firefox desktop in 2025?

I am unable to find any way to change how my new tab should look when I click + sign or new tab is opened up on browser opening or re-opening unlike Chrome.

I hate the change of position of typing from the search bar on the current new tab to the URL bar (unseen or unheard in Chrome) that Firefox implemented without considering users who would detest it.

"Save to Pocket" doesn't appear on Share menu, How can it be enabled? Android 14, all patches up to date for this manufacturer, including FireFox.

when opening o365 and open a PDF attachment that was fillable, I cannot view the filled in texts, unless i download the file and view with my default PDF viewer., even doing preview i cannot see the filled in portions of the document. I can view on Chrome and Edge and outlook app on my PC. I have attached a jpeg for your viewing, if you look at top part it shows what i get in Firefox, the bottom is with any other browser or office app. I am using windows 10 and the latest browser Firefox.

Both show up just fine for other people and for me when I access them with other browsers.

My problem occurs when I use Firefox to work on OtherNetworks. I'm going to try attaching screen shots of the Main Page. The first is from a normal view of my main page taken with another browser. In this shot the graphic is on the right

The second one is the same page taken with Firefox as the browser. I can't even figure out how to describe what is wrong with that second display.

I'm wishing for someone to figure out what is going on here and tell me how to restore FireFox so I can use it to work on my website. Is there some setting in Firefox or in the OtherNetworks site that is causing the awkward layout when using Firefox. I'm rather dependent on the bookmarks in Firefox.

I have an odd problem with a friend's Firefox and Thunderbird on Windows. The font changed to white in the address bar, the tab titles, some content on websites, some elements of the settings etc.

From what I can see there is no difference to my settings under "Language and Appearance". When I create a new profile either with the profile manager in Firefox or by renaming "%appdata"\Mozilla Firefox", nothing changes. So I can rule out a custom userchrome.css or similar in the profile folder. When I switch to "troubleshoot mode" with the old or the new profile, everything looks fine.

It also affects Thunderbird, but no other programms.

I can't figure out, where the problem lies.

Can several homepages, each one individually assigned to Mail, Finances, News, Video be saved and re-awoken upon startup as individual desktops or home pages ? I would like not to have to repopulate windows upon startup.

I'm a web developer, writing PHP on a Windows server. When there is a server-side error, Firefox doesn't give me any useful information, it just says "There's a problem..." (see picture) Well, yes, I know, I'm the one who did it, but I need to know exactly what the problem is.

NOTE: error handling and detailed error pages are turned ON - this is not a server issue.

FF behaves this way in both normal and private windows.

Chrome/Edge/Chromium show me the full error message, Firefox does not, as you can see in the images. I prefer Firefox's developer tools to Chrome's, but this destroys my productivity as I have to stop, switch browsers, copy/paste the URL, go back...and so on. I'd rather not switch back to Chrome if I don't have to.

Is there a setting in Firefox that will let me see the server's information?

Suddenly this morning, a new toolbar appeared on my copy of Firefox (131.0) showing one item, Getting Started, which I have no use for. I managed to delete it and it was replaced with something telling me to place my bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar, which I also don't want. How do I get rid of it as it's nothing else for me but a waste of screen real estate?

My LN only has 8 letters, but my street address is long, and I have old addresses w 5+4 zip codes that differ by the last 4. The 'Saved address' popup only shows most of the address, and it's not resizable. (See image )

I have to open each address to see it. Suggestion_--- Make the box wider, auto adjust, or (best) restore the sizing bars.
