My mac froze, force quit did not work, unplugged it, turned it back on, all bookmarks were gone and not able to add new ones. Would like to restore old bookmarks and add new ones.

are greyed out.

I want my tabs back!

I had issues with my phone and had to do a full factory reset. I have since logged back into firefox but I want go be able to recover all of the tabs I had open and all of the collections I had saved. Is that possible?

GET ME A LIFE PLEASE. DESPERATE. HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP!

I'm trying to restore bookmarks after latest update. I get to the Import and Backup dropdown and pick Restore. there is nothing listed. I can go into my "C" Drive and find my "bookmarkbackups" folder and see the files. How can I get it reinstalled?

I realize there have been several questions on this topic, even with the same subject heading.

The popup generally appears if you're trying to exit or refresh a page but haven't hit post or submit after entering data into a field. It's a good warning in case you've forgotten to do just that. I accidentally restarted Firefox after an update, and when I returned to the site I was working on I got this popup. Which makes sense, because I had entered in a ton of data and hadn't submitted it.

However, the page that I was returned to wasn't the one into which I'd entered my data - it was more of a home page for the website. I suspect this is a lost cause, but ... is it at all possible that the browser actually has that data saved somewhere and is waiting for me to complete submitting it? Or is this just a false positive?

Upon restarting my laptop earlier today, I realized that ALL my Firefox bookmarks have disappeared into thin air. Gone (or, rather, "empty") is my bookmarks toolbar, and my bookmark menu, and everything else. What to do? Thank you.

I deleted my history and it also deleted all my information. I cannot sign into any thing because it is not sending the code to my phone. Even on other browser I cannot get any infomation because the code is not being sent go my phone and I cannot use my email because I cannot get a code to open it. Please Help.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN, I HATE HAVING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY TABS DISAPPEAR WHENEVER IT CLOSES WEIRDLY AND I LITERALLY CANT RECOVER ANYTHING, AND IT GIVES ME SOMETHING NEW, WHAT THE HELL EVEN IS THIS FIRST FILE, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THAT JSONLZ4 FILE E V E R!!! AND WHEN I TRIED TO DO THE SAME METHOD OF REPLACING THE FILES WITH ONE OF THE OLD RECOVERY FILES LIKE IN MY OLD QUESTION, IT DOESNT FUCKING WORK, SORRY TO SWEAR BUT ITS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS DUDE!!!

you have removed ALL my bookmarks every time I reboot Firefox. This is intolerable!!!!!!! You have cost me 24 hours of insufferable time trying to reinstall my hundreds of bookmarks.

My android tablet was running our of space so I transfered FF using x explorer to a sd card without first backing up bookmarks. Bad idea. X explorer created a zip file which I could install back to my tablet. I redownloaded ff. I desire to import or transfer my bookmarks but can not find them. My zip files are: base.apk; split_config.arm64_v8a.apk; split_config.hdpi.apk; Any suggestions?
