i dont have any access to my 25 year email, and i need to change my acct email

My internet provider retired domain name "@q.com" and changed my account to "@myctl.net". How can I update Firefox?

You people told me to give a second email to back up and you will not let me you people just like Google want to control everything

I don't have access to the primary mail address anymore and wish to replace it. Anyone?
