I am able to open the Lowe's and Home Depot home pages but receive an error message like this when I try to load any other pages for their products or my accounts: "You don't have permission to access "www.lowes.com/l/help/truck-delivery"" on this server. I tried to resolve this by calling their support teams, but they were not able to help me from their end. This leads me to believe that something on my desktop is causing this. I do not have this problem with any other websites. Can you help me resolve this?

I am consistently receiving an "Access Denied - You don't have permission to access (names site specific URL) on this server" error message on several websites. -- Lowes.com, Homedepot.com, costco.com.

I can access the home page of the website, but whenever a tab on the home page is selected or a search done, the error message is received.

Have followed all help suggestions I can find. Cleared cache, cleared history, forgotten website, refreshed Firefox, run Firefox in safe mode. No impact on problem.

-ebay search results' thumbnails are small (about 1/4 regular size) -i cleared cache in settings and ff-profile-cache folder, flushed dns, used private mode, and used different ms accounts. no success, -issue happened in earlier ff version , upgrading to latest 115.33esr did not fix it. --issue not in chrome

I keep getting these error messages on some websites I frequently visited in the past. I didn't change anything in Firefox. Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

I need to find where all my bookmarks are on my computer so I can restore them. My operating system is Windows 7. Even when I try to restore through import/backup and it says it was successful there are none of my saved bookmarks. Can you help in specific steps how I can get these back? From what I read there should be a Firefox file on my computer where these are all saved. Thanks!!

Where can I download a fresh Firefox 115.33.0esr (64-bit) browser for Win-7 because the one I have installed is so corrupted and I can't seem to be able to fix it.
