What do you recommend for anti-virus software?? I Paid for Malwarebytes and that started a 4-month nightmare with inconsistent support from the company EVERYTIME I SIGNED ON COMPUTERS SAVED PROGRAMS WORKED DIFFERTLY. I install a free version of Avira same problems I installed a free version of AVG same problems

PLEASE HELP!!

I have to click more than once to get almost everything.I have to do it in yahoo mail when I want to delete something or move it to a different folder,dropdown for firefox bookmarks. Even when playing a game I have to click an item in several times before it finally grabs item and I can use it It happens on FB when I click on a reel I want to see almost everything. It is driving me insane. I tried using Chrome just to see if it did the same thing and it does. Could this be a Dell problem? Of course my warranty is over.

I need to log into websitetrafficrewards.con and extraordinarysolos.com and supertools.com but they arenot loading with firefox or chrome.

I tried using the private window option on Firefox to log into Walmart.com, and I was able to log in. This is a work around, but would still like to know what's causing this issue.

Read several different instructions on Chatgpt that takes you down a never-ending rabbit hole. Firefox is restoring previously closed tabs from days or weeks earlier without user input during active use while typing in the middle of the keyboard with an activated red stylus mouse - used frequently and/or with an external mouse. The thumb pad is turned off. There are no shift, windows, 7 strokes. Upon restart of the computer, the Firefox settings are set to restore only active tabs open from previous session. This is a Lenovo T16 Thinkpad product no. 21HH003yus. The issue appears to be related to session restore corruption, possibly triggered by very large tab volumes (hundreds of tabs). Windows 11 that tabs reopen during active typing (not startup) hundreds of tabs open whether Firefox Sync is enabled ???? whether crashes/freezes occur - no whether the same old tabs repeatedly resurrect - no, but there are so many of them from weeks and months ago. whether you use session/tab extensions  ??? Believe recent version of Firefox or close.

I posted a question about 6-7 days ago and received a couple of replies. The last one (from DENYS) sent me to an article that guided me to a resolution to my problem. I had to wait a couple of days to assure me that the fix worked. I now wish to reply to the last answer (to DENYS) to let him know he helped me. I logged into Mozilla.support and found the Community Forums and scanned the entered 'asked' questions but could not find my first question (got tired of scanning forever). How do I go DIRECTLY to my first entered question? Or is there even a way? After 30 minutes of this, I can see there are a zillion questions in this support file and wonder that anyone finds time to answer them all (kudos) to you all. But I want to acknowledge that DENYS did, in fact, help me. How do I do that - DIRECTLY? Now I've put another question into the long question file (sorry). Jim Bigger

Well I don't have the VIP icon in my top right corner or toolbar and I went to sign into my account and I believe I am'cause it says I can change things but still no VIP icon in my toolbars so how do I use this and how do I get it to turn on how do I get it to do anything

I am referencing Step 4 for Debian Trixie and Newer.

I got over/thru those issues and when I ran apt update I found that the package was looking for Firefox was looking in a different place than where the previous steps place stuff. I am just comping back to Unix/Sun OS/Linux and 30 years working with a different OS. I hope this document will be updated after someone actually takes the steps. I will continue learning.

Thank you for your help. I have two questions and concerns. 1. The title bar of Firefox displays "Original Profile". I've been using it as is, as there aren't any particular problems, but it bothers me, so I'm asking if there's a way to hide it. My second question is: 2. In Firefox settings → Search → Search Shortcuts, unnecessary search engines are displayed. Even if I delete them, they reappear when I change the language in the settings. Is this a Firefox specification? Is there any way to prevent them from being displayed again after deleting them?

When I try to look up phone numbers (to see who is calling/texting me), all I get is repetitive results - almost all either googleapis.com or Amazon Web Services (whatever they are). No robokiller, no spokeo, no validnumber - nothing. Not helpful at all.

My Teams will not open on my pc laptop. It's tiny icon only flashes, I tried to sign in to microsoft and to the old skype but am told my passwords were compromised in 2024 and am sent to archive.org to change. I do not understand this archive site or what I am to do. Are their any interpreters for those who can't find direction? Thanks so much
