This is pretty shady Mozilla.

When disabling only one setting: "Allow Firefox to install and run studies" it wrecks this site whether logging is or continuing as guest:

Even after logging in and everything running normal, disabling the studies run by Mozilla and a quick refresh breaks the functionality of the page. All cookies were accepted and the sharing of location was allowed. On a fresh, first run, wide open Firefox people. Literally, the only change that was made was unchecking that one box. In disbelief, i tested it over and over.

Why would disabling a telemetry setting, something that should be optional, cause this to happen? Seriously, what could possibly be the reason. I'd love to hear it.

This was the final nail in the coffin to me and this is since the 0.9x days.

Over the past six weeks I have had two failures of Firefox [running current version 146.0 (aarch64)] in completing CC payment processes -- at least one involved updating an expired car, I can't recall if the other involved such a change or just entering a card.

I am using Firefox on a mac mini M4 Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.7.2 (up to date, fully supported, but not Tahoe the recently released new version of macOS). I am running Firefox with 4 extensions -- 1 Password, Print Friendly, Raindrop.io, and Authenticator. None were being actively used during these incidents.

In both cases when I switched to Safari and opened the sites, I was able to successfully complete the CC changes and payments. So it does not appear to be related to a problem in my internet connection.

My questions are: a) has anyone had a similar experience with Firefox

     -- particularly incidents related to online financial transactions

b) if so, have you found a solution c) regardless, do you have any suggestions about the cause of the problem or changes to try

Otherwise, my experience with Firefox has been excellent and I am very happy with it, but this is obviously a frustrating and time-consuming problem.

I have reported it to Firefox -- the response was that they will look into it but that my next step should to ask "the community" here.

I have had multiple sites ask me to disable my ad blocker. I can't find an ad blocker in my extensions. Badger, which I do have, says it is not an ad blocker! Some of these sites, such as Rotten Tomatoes, are sites I use frequently! Help!

.: Hello. A couple of days ago Firefox stopped displaying thumbnails of YouTube videos. I tried YouTube on other browsers and the thumbnails appeared as usual. On Firefox, they've disappeared, but only on my Windows 10 computer. The YouTube thumbnails appear on Firefox on my MacBook. The attached graphic shows what it looks like on my Win 10 computer.

Any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. I have also searched the Internet and YouTube for a solution, but was unable to find one that works.

It looks like some sites are not working properly, two examples I can give are google sheets&docs, in the attached image you can see my sheets are not being shown, note that if I directly access a sheet's link it does open.

The second example is some websites with media players just load infinitely (YouTube works).

Also added network tab non 200 status code requests images.

Things I've tried:

• Disabled "network.dns.disablePrefetch".
• Tried troubleshoot mode(meaning those requests that were blocked by ublock are not the problem).
• Deleted history including cookies.
• Private Browsing.
• User Agent masking
• Reinstalling

Javascript is not working in my firefox. Even going into settings to enable java script doesn't work, because it says java script is enabled. But the webpages tell me that they need javascript enabled in order to work.

Good morning! Every time I open a Google Sheet, it only displays a black screen. According to what I found online, this issue is more likely related to my browser rather than the sheet itself. Can you please help. Thank you!

I cannot access www.amazon.com via the desktop version of Firefox 136.06! I can access amazon.com using my Android phone version 136.02.

Nothing in the Windows 10(64bit) OS or the Firewall is set to Block Amazon and my VPN is not set to Block Amazon. I do not know when this issue began or which Firefox Update may have caused it. See the screen capture attached!

Long time user of Firefox and this issue of the Recaptcha Failed while never even opening the Recaptcha for selecting all the bikes, buses or whatever else it asks you to find in order to validate. This is a new install of the latest version of Firefox, I have no problem with Recaptcha using Chrome but prefer Firefox's privacy. I pay bills, work jobs from the internet which requires recaptcha to work in the browser I am using. I have not seen a answer anywhere to fix this problem which only happens in Firefox. I'm using Google Docs in Firefox. Every time I right click and then click paste I get a message explaining that Firefox is incompetent and I need to hook my keyboard up to my tablet and use Ctrl + V. And tap/clicking Edit > paste won't work either. I use a mouse with my tablet, but not a keyboard.

How to I get FireFox to allow me to use Right Click or at the very least Edit > paste? Even Opera Browser can paste in a Google Doc.

I keep getting error message "Something went wrong - Retry" when trying to reach an Audacy.com web page at https://www.audacy.com/stations/wccoradio . This does NOT happen when I use another browser (Chrome), but it happens about 95% of the time in Firefox. When I click the "Retry" button, it still gives me the same error message. I tried clearing out the cookies and cache but this did not help. I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Why am I getting this error message in Firefox but not in Chrome, and what can I do about it?

For weeks now google translate has not been working as it should, when I translate something it usually defaults to translating it to English, but if I change the language to any other than English it still only shows the English translation (or whatever language it got "stuck" on).

I have signed out and in of my google account, have the latest version of Firefox (134.0.2), refreshing the pages doesn't help. I don't have this issue in other browsers.
