I got a popup asking me to sign in to google to make sure it was me. My PW didn’t work. I made another one and I got a popup asking me to allow or deny the following: Allow Mozilla to Read, compose, send and permanently delete all your email from Google, See, edit, download and permanently delete your contacts, See, edit, share and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar. By clicking Allow, you allow this app to use your information in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. You can change this and other account permissions at any time. I haven’t been able to get any emails after I pressed Deny. It’s been several days. HELP!!! Is this a scam???

I use a dark background theme to reduce glare. Text usually appears white, as expected. Today, 12/13/24, the text is black. I am using version 133.0.3 (64-bit) Firefox Browser. I downloaded an update within the past few days, and while I have used the browser, I haven't typed anything onto a browser page until this morning.

Text and background appear normal with other applications.

I was wondering whether this has been reported or found previously.

I am continuing my search for other applications this my affect.

My previous Firefox account under the email m**********i@*****ail.com has been locked. The message says it was locked due to a returned confirmation email, but the email is working fine now — I’m currently receiving emails from Firefox.

I’m unable to log into the old account to resolve the issue or change the email. I have since created a new account (this one), but I would like to recover access to the original account if possible.

Could you please help me unlock it or advise on the next steps?

I received an email saying I had not signed in for two years and so would be cancelled. I use Firefox every day, multiple times. I have never seen a request to sign in. I don't even see an option for that on the screen. I have selected for the site to remember my password. Please advise. I created a new password to sign in to this help forum. Firefox for MAC

Do I meed a seperate Login for support.mozilla.org and addons.mozilla.org?

I'm unable to log into my social security account when using firefox. Have no trouble with safari.

I get the following when using firefox:

400 Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I am having trouble logging into my bank account. Message is saying error, secure connection failed. An error occurred during a connection to online.newcastlepermanent.com.au. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR. Have not had problems before. Please help.

I did a clean install of Windows 10 on a larger SSD for my laptop. After installing my Bitdefender AV and firewall software I installed Firefox latest version. I cannot login to sync my account. My email address keeps getting rejected with the message: “Mistyped email? *name@domain*.com does not offer email”. It is the same email that I have used to sync Firefox across all my devices and Win 10 PC’s. It is a domain we bought or registered for a private email service. It is the same email I used to create this account using Firefox on my iPad to make this bug report. Firefox is allowed thru the firewall, but many Windows sub programs are not. I did reboot several times after install with the same result. Currently not running any extensions as I haven’t tried to install them without sync. Is there some windows service or sub program I need to unblock? Never had this issue on any other device or PC when trying to sync. Any suggestions appreciated thanks!

I can't log in to certain sites even though they've been on my favourites list for years, i.e. bank account and grocery shopping. I can log in to them using Edge , so what's gone wrong with Firefox. Is the latest updates to blame ???
