I signed up for the vpn service a few days ago. I try to log in with my login info and i get a message of authentication error try again. I've tried a few times, at different times, i've change my password, and i get the same massage. I can login to my account and see that the payment has been taken. I get emails of log ins but the Extension says to log in. I've restarted the app on the desktop and restarted the PC.I've uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue.

When I last tried to buy with Google stored debit card from my bank the transaction was blocked by the presence of a four-month old phone number. I have updated several weeks ago to my current telephone number and address. Yet the new number is not there, instead the old number is not helping me.

bold textI am recently getting continual pop-up notifications allegedly from Firefox saying I have 3 viruses on my PC plus another pop-up offering to remove them and secure my data. Antivirus scans by System Mechanic and Malwarebytes don't find any problem. Do you have a 'fix' for this.'bold text'

Firefox recently added a feature that requires me to open a new private window to access Revenue Canada. I use Intuit Turbo Tax to file my Income Tax. The Intuit software allows you to download your rax records from CRA and insert the information in your T1 Return. With the latest change to Firefox this option is not available any longer because the default for the CRA account is not to a private window. How do I get around this problem????

I paid 60 bucks for VPN addon and I CANNOT use it because I use Ubuntu. I would never use Windows. Can I have a refund please?? [edited from public] I paid via Paypal.

The layout of YouTube was different from before. In the past, after the YouTube video was over. The MAIN WINDOW within YouTube page would showed two rows of recommendations. Now there is only one row with great amount of black-out space at top and bottom. Any suggestion to tune it to the usual two rows?

RoBoform sent me a notification that my master password may have been compromised and advising me to change my master password. I did change my master password, and now RoBoform won't accept either my old or new master password, so the app becomes unusable. How can I fix this?

I have had X-notifier on my computer before,but I can not get X-notifier back on my computer. I tried the X-notifier Neo,but not lick. I cleared all of my Cookies. Thank you, AW.

Upon beginning a "donation" to Thunderbird using the pop up in my email, I began by entering a $10.00 donation, but when beginning to go to paying it, it showed up as $10.90. Either this is a scam or a very unpleasant experience which doubts my trust in the site for proper completion of my voluntary donation attempt. Please investigate & advise

You started pushing a widget a while back that shows the days I've been on Yahoo, concurrent and otherwise. This thing is annoying and I want it gone. I don't care how much I've used Yahoo on my devices and You already know via tracking cookies.

Make it go away or tell me how to get rid of it - PLEASE.
