This video down helper is unstable it works when it wants to and stops working all the time can't somebody do something about it I paid for the license what more do you want fix this thing

I know, sounds stupid, but it is what it is. It happens rarely, only with Firefox on the secondary display from my laptop, via HDMI. It starts with some random few thin horizontal bars across the window itself, and soon, it turns off my display. It seems the bigger the window is, the more severe the issues. So full screen usually, it shuts it off and keeps it off. Not black screen, no signal style. I manage to get it out by Winkey+arrow. If i then put it back same issue. If i lower the width of it, it manages to stay coherent longer, but still resets the display with a quick black screen on page reload. The lower bounds on a 1920x1080 display resolution was 1515 pixels. At 1515 pixels, it works fine, once this is triggered, it's very repeatable on 60-70% of webpages. If i drag another window on top of Firefox, the monitor comes back up.

Before anyone asks: I have tried turning off hardware acceleration. I have tried putting firefox.exe to run on the integrated video card and on the dedicated 1060 Max Q videocard. I have cleared cache and etc.

This persists on a Windows session, across multiple Firefox restarts. A computer restart technically fixes it but i have no clue what triggers it. Laptop monitor works fine.

When I try to load "Comments" I get this message:

Failed loading comments! Please try again...

Trying again doesn't help.

How do I get sound back on the add on extension "Check4change" ? it has always worked and then stopped one day. I have tried all the suggestions of reloading the extension and even removed and reinstalled Firefox, it was no help. I have sound in Firefox, just not while using the check4change add on extension.

How do I recover sound while using the extension?

This an interesting one. When running Firefox on my personal Macbook. I've been recently having issues loading sites like Reddit, Facebook and a few others in private browsing mode.

The issue seems to only affect certain sites, browsing the rest of the internet I have no issues. However, with these sites, they simply either will not load or require multiple refreshes to work.

Even more interesting, my work Macbook has a similar ecosystem and works fine.

I have updated and reinstalled Firefox, cleared caches and history. And run both with and without VPN. As well as being sure to reboot the Mac before trying each new attempted fix.

Does anyone have any idea what's happening or what my next steps might be before I go to Apple for help?

I keep getting the attached message when I sign into my bank. This just started yesterday (9/4/24), but when I sign in with another browser I don't have a problem?

Recently, I have not been able to upload a video to YouTube. When I try to upload it, the upload is stuck on 0%. I tried another browser, and it worked fine. This has not been a problem until. I have uploaded many videos. The last time was about a month ago. So, maybe there is some problem with an update. Does anyone else have this problem or know the solution?

On my windows PC, I am unable to view Ring Camera live-view due to "error missing required codec". Does my Firefox have the required HEVC codec to view Ring Camera videos?

When I try to log into my bank now, I keep getting this message. I know it is a safe site but now I cannot log into my bank to get my banking done. Below is the message I keep getting. This is a Firefox problem. I can still log in with Chrome but I prefer Firefox. How do I fix this.

i dont know why my firefox browser is taking more time to launch(load/open) and load websites .it takes about 10 to 15 secomd to just to open the browser ,while on the other hand chrome and other browsers takes less than 5 second maximum .and also i am unable to use prime video or hotstar on firefox they dont play anthing just the voices can be heard rather than the video .please help or i have to switch to chrome ,i like how firefox udsed to be ,but after the updates it has became unstable , i reallky like the browseer but i chave to use prime and other platforms but they just dont work perfectly .please take my request into consideration ands kindly help me. You know what, I am going to stop using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, for, it does NOT seem they listen. It is very frustrating and time-consuming NOT having in Edit, on the pages of Firefox, the ability to CAPITALISE (UPPERCASE) word, or words. It seems to me that Firefox does NOT recognise the importance of this, or they just don't give a damn.

Whenever i try to upload a file on macOS to Firefox the browser doesn't respond, making me have to force quit it.

I have a MacBook Pro M1 running the latest version. I am not sure what is causing this issue.

Hi, I am reporting that videos on Ebay do not play correctly when using Firefox. I am a business seller on ebay and have just spent £900 on a professional product video for our 1000s of listings. I have used Firefox as my browser for many years. However I have discovered that when viewing product videos on ebay on a laptop/desktop, the videos are significantly reduced in size for 3 or 4 seconds with part of a dialogue box showing and then suddenly increases in size (still not full size though). Very unprofessional looking, very glitchy, very ugly. It would discourage sales rather than encourage them. Please investigate and fix asap. For the past 2 days, Facebook won't load when I try to change my page to another (just switching between accounts). It acts like it is changing or loading, and then I just get nothing. I have done all of the things that are requested from clearing my cache, browsing data, restarting, etc. Nothing is working. I've attached a picture of my screen of I receive when I try to change pages - the big F. LOL Facebook on my phone works fine. I've tried also turning off my VPN and it doesn't load.

I've also had issues with my Xfinity email loading unless I turn off my VPN.

So what is going on?
