When I opened my Browser this morning (15 March 2023), I saw a message that I could edit PDF documents directly with Mozilla. There was a suggestion (button, I think) to try it. I did. There was a sample letter. On the letter in light gray were comments like "Use the [I-bar} to write here" and "Use the [paint brush] to...." I have no idea where these icons are. Their pictures on the screen where the suggestions are given are not interactive.

My Firefox browser is in a foreign language-I think Russian, I don't know how it happened but I want it back to English. I can't understand the language so I am unable to access my saved logins from my android phone or to change the language. PLEASE HELP with step by step and picture instructions. PLEASE AND THANK YPU

Hi. How do I give permission to Firefox to open a webpage? There seems to be a firewall issue or something? Please provide the exact steps to allow a URL to be opened with my permission. How do I grant access / grant permission to access a specific site? Thanks. FYI: I'm a bit frustrated and I have a deadline coming up soon.

So Firefox updated this morning and when I went to look for the Inspector under the Web Developer Tools, it is no longer there. I use this tool all the time and came to count on it. What are my options and is it still available?

Hello Firefox Support, I need help to upgrade the version of the security protocol that enables access to my NAS unit. Now the message;

"Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.201. Peer using unsupported version of security protocol. Error code: SSL_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION

indicates I no longer can access my page until I find the remedy to this issue. Thank you in advance for cooperation and help with is matter.

Hi there I reset my pc I know my username and password to my login here but not letting me sign into gmail (given I might have used Firefox's password generator thingy and I can't login and I've got my important websites signed into that login, thoughts on how to reset my password?. I need to scan a document and attach it to an email. It has been years since I did this and don't remember how to do it now. Need help to scan on my printer so that I can attach from my scans file.

Help!!! I exported my passwords today to a *.csv file. I have been trying to import them to the same brouser. I have checked the box to allow me to work with the *cvs file (I think), but have not been able to import from the (backup) file I made.

When I activate the 'allow import of passwords' from a *cvs file on Firefox, my only choice is to import a *cvs file from Microsoft Edge, Google, or other (different) browser. My file is an up-to-date export of the passwords, etc, in a *.cvs file today (5 October 2021)

The file is from the current browser which is up-to-date and *.cvs file. It is an export from Firefox.

I need my passwords to do my homework, etc.

Please help me! I've spent hours on this already!!!

The browser's interface language, including links, menus, ads etc., changes without warning into languages I don't know. Sometimes the whole screen is in one language, at other times, several languages are on the same page. Even after re-selecting the preferred language, the problem persists.

I am using Firefox browser with DuckDuckGo search engine. When trying to print a crossword puzzle daily form USA Today, I get the following message after pressing the play button: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). If I refresh the page, the site continues on and lets me print the puzzle. I tried switching back to Firefox for the search engine with the same result. This issue does not occur on Google Chrome, however. I have included a screenshot of website when error occurred. Thank you in advance.

changing the language in the settings does not change the language in browser developer tools. I would like the language in the browser developer tools to be English.

I have attached two screenshot. The red zone is always in French. I would like it to be in English. However, I changed the language in the settings. the second screenshot shows that I changed the language from French to English. But why this language change did not affect the development tools
