Until some days ago I could use the add on "Video Downloadhelper" without problems on my old Macbook Air (2017) with OS10.15.7 but suddenly the add on was not available anymore. I purchased a valid license for this add on. In the Firefox adjustments it was mentioned as deactivated. Could you please let me know, how I can activate the Video Downloadhelper again? I use 15 pinned tabs. Why do the pinned tabs disappear every 2-3 days? Then I have to keep repinning the tabs from the bookmark manager.

Popups are happening every 10 seconds continuously! looks like about 20 or more popups describing different problems with 20 digit numbers and letters as a serial number of the problem!

My entire Firefox account has disappeared, bookmarks, passwords, email, history, everything. I shut down my Mac Airbook when I left town Tuesday, powered up when I got home today and when i clicked on my Firefox icon at the bottom of the page, a new, unrecognizable Firefox page appeared asking for a signon rather than my default page, my email. I was able to use Firefox for Animoto then for some unknown reason my project disappeared. I can access on Safari. When I try to open Animoto.com in Firefox a page comes up with My Projects page plus Animoto's Create a video and that is all that shows, the page is inactive. Same when I try to log in to my account. My computer is MacBook Pro Tahoe 26.3. I would be very grateful for a solution.

I accidentally clicked too fast and clicked to not allow pop ups again on a site I need a window to pop up.
I went to settings to make an exception for the website, but it still does not work.
Any help please?
