How do I stop Firefox from erasing all my preferences and customizations and forcing me to sign in every time I reboot my iMac? It never required this before there so called upgrade which has me on the verge of looking for a new browsers. Thanks

I run a blog on WordPress and while editing a blog post I tried to "justify" the paragraph but it did not work. I previously used chrome in which it worked, but in Firefox it seems that its is not working.

My former hard drive crashed, and absolutely nothing was redeemable. Now that I have a new one installed, I'd like to access the Firefox browser I used on the old hard drive.

I was able to do this before, when I bought this computer new and wanted to find my old browser from my other computer, and the process did not involve my old hard drive. All of the current community advice I've seen on this includes accessing my former hard drive. I don't have it so, that's not going to work for me. Please help, if you can. Thanks!

Hey guys, Firefox was working slowly so it suggested a refresh. I did it and now I've lost all my login/ saved passwords. I went here under help: lockwise losing login information after update and did the whole new profile thing, sharing the key3 data with the profile and it didn't work. HELP!

After updating to 77.0.1 on my Apple iMac, I can no longer sign in to my account. Also, when not signed in, frequently many websites do not come up when searching through Google. Please help! I have bookmarks I really need. If I can't get support, I will have to switch to Chrome. Please advise, Shelley
