Hi all,

Firefox is crashing when launched, but not all the time. After a couple of tries, it will launch without issue. This is a brand new Windows 11 Pro installation with all updates. I have run some windows debloating scripts like privacy.sexy and WinDebloatTools, thinking that might have something to do with it, but not sure where to start in troubleshooting this. Any help with where to start looking would be great. Thanks!

Just updated to new firefox and noticed the new Firefox View, how do I remove the annoying advertisement to use the "independent voices" theme on the right hand side? I could care less about those themes.

Last few days , my laptop( windows 10) system got hanged for some reason. Then second time I got the message on my laptop , that Software Mozzila Firefox got crashed. It had stopped working for few minutes then I restarted it. 1) Has it happened to my System? 2) or even others got the same experience? 3) How to start PC when windows stopped working Suddenly. 4)Was the Mozzila Firefox failure / crash, was the reason, behind PC not working during first time? 5) On laptop a message appears , to upgrade Operating system to Windows 11( currently it is windows 10) from MS. What is the suggestion from Mozzila/

I stupidly responded to a pop up on my screen that asked me to choose a colour I had no idea it would turn my whole page GREEN

Please I cannot have that - I want to go back to what I had Brand new computer and I don't want this look.

Firefox is my primary browser. As soon as I try to play any video it freezes / crashes. It is also doing it using other browsers. I have tried all troubleshooting steps online. I have deleted and updated drivers. no change.

Hi there. Whenever I open a new tab, it crashes, meaning that the rest of the browser keeps working fine but it is unable to load the contents of about:newtab and replaces them with a crash error. I have been tinkering around with the settings and found out it only happens when "shortcuts" is turned on for New tab. If turned off, New tab loads normally. Full disclosure: I am using Nightly on a computer nearly (but not totally) supported by Windows 11. No Nightly experiments that I think should interfere with a new tab are turned on. Hello community, As soon as firefox 106.0.2 finished installing itself i was greated with some nice new color schemes to choose from, and also some other settings regarding accessing content and tabs from other devices, retrieving closed tabs and so on. Ever since i can't seem to find and access those settings. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. I'm on linux, Manjaro.

Every time I log into a website, it asks if I want to save the password, and I click save, but it doesn't work. When I go into my account and try to add a saved login, it says "An error occurred while trying to save this password" and at the top a small bar appears saying I need to enter my primary password to log in, despite the fact that I'm already logged in and when I click the log in button it just goes back to the logins and passwords page and nothing has changed. I've tried quitting and restarting, changing all my preferences, nothing works. I've googled everything I can think of with no answers to my issue. Please help or I'm going to give up on Firefox and never use it again!

The new 106.0 version asked me to pick a color for the frame. It showed a bunch or radio buttons. How do I get that choice again so I can try a different frame color?

My firefox has been crashing for the past 2 hours, tried troubleshoot mode but it is still crashing every other second.

On some websites the tabs are not crashing- example mozilla website. On other websites (Twitch) -reddit it is crashing.

Firefox version: v106.0.3 OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 build 22623.875

I have 5 different profiles with different number of tabs and add-ons installed. 3 out of 5 crashes, 2 works. The problematic profiles crash 5-6 times on launch, regardless whether Firefox was started in "normal" mode or safe mode. I submitted all crash reports I found at about:crashes. Here are the IDs:

I see various DLLs related to a program called ExplorerPatcher in the reports. I've been using it for months and I've had no crashes with pre 106.x.x versions.

crash reports - I KNOW you asked for 5 or 10, but this may show the SCALE of the issue (BTW, I'm on Manjaro / KDE, all software up to date as of 11/1/22 17:30)

Hi, I've cleared cookies and cache and still can't get gmail to work in Firefox 106. Delete doesn't work, even the back button doesn't work.

Also, I don't like the latest color styles. I was happy with the default Firefox look in the previous version. How do I get it back?

My laptop needed a refresh and all data needed to be erased. Thinking Firefox has synced all my bookmarks and settings I happily reset my laptop but now I just installed Firefox again and logged in but there is no settings, no bookmark! What happened to the bookmarks? Is syncing really reliable?
