A website MultiSafepay.com has saved my CVV number in Firefox.

How do I edit the autofill data?

I can't get to the same payment page, to be in a position to delete it.

Most links on this matter refer to:

 Options => Privacy & Security => Forms and Autofill

However in my Version: Firefox 98.0.1 (64 bit) running on an up to date Windows 10 this feature is missing or deprecated.

Can anyone say how I could edit/delete this specific entry, or point me in the direction of where this data is stored?

In the mean time I can't recommend using Firefox for entering critical security data, where websites can allow the storage of CVV numbers.

I am having problems with doing downloads of any files from any website using Firefox. Every time, when I try to do a download, I get an error that the download failed. I am running Firefox 98.0.2 on a Windows 10 laptop. If I use Microsoft Edge, the download is successful. Any help would be appreciated.

Just now, after a massive and catastrophic SUPER-MELTDOWN-crash that arbitrarily decided to absolutely murder my day, ALL my tabs and windows and ALL history of "Recently Closed" tabs and windows is gone!

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

What is the reason for the existence of a SYNC feature if it isn't to MAKE SURE that a record of open tabs and windows is SECURELY maintained no matter how many times the application crashes, so that AT ALL TIMES, this information is kept INTACT, regardless of the state of the end users device? That is BY FAR the most important part of the sync feature! Are you telling me that there is no backup process of that information?

This is the kind of thing I never expected from you guys at Mozilla. I've been using Firefox for MANY years because I trust what you do. Today that trust has been SEVERELY and BRUTALLY wounded, most likely beyond repair...

I need you to fix this...

I need you to recover that information for me and I need you to make sure that what just happened could never, ever happen again unless God himself caused every digital storage unit on earth to disintegrate.

I'm having a number of issues with my Firefox out of nowhere.

1. My mouse will no longer scroll, nor will my keyboard arrows. I must use my touchscreen. 2. I have "new tabs" instead of "new windows" selected, yet if I click anything, it goes to a new window. 3. I cannot close tabs without right clicking. 4. I cannot SWITCH tabs at all. 5. I cannot close Firefox without going to my start bar and right clicking. 6. Firefox seems to be aware something is wrong, opens up in a troubleshooting mode... and then doesn't troubleshoot.

(It is entirely possibly my infant slammed on the keyboard and changed a setting I can't find.)

i'm using FF (version 98 at the moment) to print local files. It is key to me to edit header and footer for each print! the only solution i found so far to edit them at all, is to go to about:config and for example search for print.print_headerleft. Besides that is not usable at all, it simply doesn't work! The header and footer remain the same. Please tell me how can i change header and footer?

If you delete the, in my opinion much better "page setup", why don't you include all it's funktions in the new print dialog?

another problem is the size of the new print preview! it's much to small! make it resizeable please.

Or just give us back the "page setup". That would be a big advantage over chrome and edge, which suffer the same printing problems.

Firefox is not remembering the cookies and data of websites that I have saved under Exceptions. These sites are saved under Exceptions but I still have to log in every single time I access those sites, regardless of the fact that are saved to the list.

Late last week, something changed in Firefox browser. I used to download csv files and Firefox would open them with the option to save as an excel file. Now it does not. I have to save it as csv then convert it to excel. It also doesn't seem to save my settings on the website I'm downloading from - I always have to manipulate the settings before downloading. It is a huge headache and I have resorted to using Chrome instead.

I could have sworn a week or two ago I was able to open .tiff files in the Firefox browser. But this week, when I click on a file, it goes straight to saving them to my computer. Is there a way to change this setting? I checked in my options, but did not see .tiff.

But I can visit the site with the latest version of Microsoft Edge. I prefer to use Firefox however. Any ideas?

My school email is going to be disabled in a couple of months and I was wondering if there's a way to just change the email associated with my Firefox account, or if I'll have to make a new one and carry over my bookmarks/settings/addons etc. manually.

I have three Firefox profiles: A, B, and C. I tried to give them all different themes. A has a red theme and keeps it consistently. B, my default profile, should have a green theme, and C should have a black theme. However, when I change B's theme to green, the theme on C also changes to green, and when I change the theme on C to black, the theme for B also changes to black. I don't know what I did differently for A! How can I make my profile themes stick for B and C?

I recently had to reinstall Firefox (now on 98.0.1 (64-bit)) to fix a problem with launching. In the process a lot of settings have been lost and the browser is refusing to check my spelling as I type. When I right click in this or other boxes there is no option relating to it. I have clicked and unclicked and reclicked the "Check your spelling as you type" box on settings to no avail. How can I get the spell check back?

Up until very recently, I've been able to download files without issue. Every time it'd ask "do you want to open or save?". It's no longer doing that, and instead saves them by default. How do I revert this back to asking what I want to do?

The option "always open similar files" is not shown in the downloaded file context menu. This occurs on 2 machines running Windows 7 64 bit. A third machine also running Windows 7 64 bit shows it correctly. All three machines have Firefox 98.0.1 installed.

Please advise how to resolve this.

Image url has jpg at the end, when I save, the extension is webp. webp opens as darkened version of the original image in browser. How to disable webp and save normal fiel that won't be dark? Hey all, I am having a problem where all downloads fail immediately. Doesn't matter what, they all fail. This started about a month ago. I saw someone else changed something in the About:Config (browser.cache.disk.parent_directory), but I don't even see that line in my config. Also, about the time this problem started I cannot print anything (printer stuck in spooling), and I cannot run any built in troubleshooter. Don't know if these are separate issues or if they are related.

This is the first time, that an update lost all of my tabs. Is there a way to access previous sessions, other than the most recent one? I would like to access a session from last week, and see if I can get my tabs back. I'm very unhappy about this and I've not been able to restore my tabs. The current tabs are place holders, and they do the reflect what I had before the update.
