When i open up https://login.comptia.org i can see the website and it loads then it prompts me to login, but when i click the login button the website goes blank and turns all white and i refresh the website and it stays white. I have cleared all cookies and cache, and i have also refreshed firefox.

Whenever I get this message; I just go to Chrome and it works fine.

I have several issues when using Western journal that work fine if I use Chrome browser. Like answering question of the day, I have to reload the page to see the results. Chrome updates right after I select answer. About ready to switch back to Chrome and I Really don't want too!

I use Firefox on a Mac (Big Sur OS), and all of a sudden when I updated to the latest Firefox version -- each time I click on Firefox it opens in a new window other than the one I'm working on which is **really** annoying! What can I do to prevent this? Is there some adjustment in preferences I'm not aware of? Please help!!

Google Chrome is closed and ive checked task manager to make sure that its not open in the background.

I choose my main account from google chrome and choose to import passwords and bookmarks and it says that it successfully imported it but my passwords and bookmarks are not showing up on mozilla.

Hello. With version 100.0 came multi-language spellchecking. I would like to know how exactly does it work, please.

For instance, if I enable both English and French, will it simply virtually add the two dictionaries and use the resulting combined list of words? Or will it try to understand if a paragraph or sentence is English and mark non-English words in that paragraph/sentence as incorrect even if they are French?

I am obviously asking this because there is no detailed information at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker.

It appears that this question has been asked many, many, many times and yet a clear, concise answer hasn't been provided. How do I change my updates from the beat release channel to standard updates? There should be a simple procedure to do this without a lot of unnecessary information in the answer and ultimately no answer to the question.

I installed an extension from a website(not from addons.mozilla.org) and found it a bit suspicious so after around using it for 1 minute immediately removed it... So will an extension be able to access root/admin permissions if it had some malicious script executed(I am using debian) or can extension access system files,modify,delete or install/download anything without the users' permission?

Not sure the design team can do anything about this, but...

I just got a full page pop up with a link to "Update to the Latest Version of Firefox," which I did not click because I was suspicious. 1) Normally the notice to update is a small rectangle in the right upper corner. 2) I had just updated yesterday.

Firefox reports that it is up to date,

My security is set to "Block pop-up windows."

The pop-up opened when I clicked this news article linked by a member in a private Facebook group:

When I clicked the link again to test it, only the requested article opened.

The pop-up had the Firefox logo and appeared legitimate to me in every way.

How to I alter settings on Firefox so I can download attachments on AOL mail? I can download them on other browsers, the problem is not AOL, it is Firefox. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, disabling enhanced tracking protection. What else can I do?

On thursday 4/28/22 I lost the ability to use Gmail via firefox. I keep getting errors such as check your network connection and Oops... the system encountered an error (#001)

I have updated my browser on my windows computer, my network speed, upload and download speed is good. All other websites are functioning just fine. Only Gmail seems to be affected on my computer. (It works fine from other computers and from my phone.)

First image shows me using a dark theme, but address bar still has white background. Second image shows that switching to the light theme makes the text readable. However, I would still like to use a dark theme. I believe I started seeing this issue right when Firefox updated itself to version 100. Any way to fix the bugged address bar color? None of my extension should be affecting the address bar color.

Hi. How do I give permission to Firefox to open a webpage? There seems to be a firewall issue or something? Please provide the exact steps to allow a URL to be opened with my permission. I have completely separate bookmarks and bookmark toolbars on my work PC and home PC. I do log in on my home PC as to not lose my personal bookmarks and passwords. I accidentally logged into Firefox at work and it merged my bookmarks from my home PC. I logged out of Firefox on the work PC and removed the bookmarks that were imported from my home PC profile. I then tried to make a new account with my work email and login to sync on my work PC but it always says primary email needed and I'm stuck. I did go to about:profiles and add a work profile but that doesn't help me. I need to make a Firefox profile on my work PC with my work email address but the primary email thing gets me. Is there a way to do this with my current work PC bookmarks not lost? Thanks
