Bonjour , la communauté ! Je viens de m'ouvrir un compte MOZILLA ,car précisement sur CHROME mon compte MICROSOFT est pollué par ce WOT sécurity scan qui vient , je ne sais d'où et qui , au prétexte de me protéger vient de bloquer mon blog de théâtre amateur sous prétexte que c'est un site pour adultes alors qu'il n'en est rien ! I keep getting email messages saying that my Firefox account will be terminated on May 26th because I don't use the browser enough. Is this true? I also use a different browser, but do use Firefox occasionally.

I tried Mozilla Monitor, logging in using my Mozilla account, but it wouldn't accept my UK address. It would only accept USA addresses. So I was not able to run the scan and reach the stage where you can delete the Monitor Account

Using the same personal data, but selecting a USA location, I ran the scan and then dieted the account successfully.

As I used the same email address for each attempt does the successful deletion on the second attempt mean all my Monitor accounts have been deleted?

ChatGPT indicates that this is the case but I would welcome further advice.

I received this email after I tried to sign in to my Mozilla account. This is the relevant info from the email:

I don't know what I did to cause this email to be sent. I wasn't trying to link any other account to my mozilla account.

My Google account work, but gmail ********@gmail.com do not work on My PC at all. But on mobile still work. If You have any replay, please send to recovery mail ****@sbb.rs (email redacted by a Moderator)

Hi my phone was stolen and they have managed to unlock it and have access my phone and have made it so i cannot remotely erase it is there a way of logging out of my Firefox account the the stolen Ph ? Thank you for your help

on the list of current sign ins I am unable to click “sign out” of the oldest account on the list.

with a couple others it quickly signed me out, but this on is not.

I received an email that said my account would be closed in 7 days unless I signed in.

I leave my Mozilla tabs permanently open and use them every day. I tried to sign in as instructed and got an "unknown error" about 3 times. Then I was sent to a page talking about Windows 10. I have the extension; that's not a problem for me.

Closing Mozilla and possibly losing all those open tabs would be a BIG problem. Evidently I'm signed in now. I hope everything is OK with my Mozilla account.

When I enter the verification code I received over email, it says "Bad request: Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again."

There's no bad requests in the Network tab under web developer tools.

I have a new Mozilla (FireFox) account and keep getting emails that say I need to confirm it. They include a button to do so but I'm not clicking it unless I get better information from you. Please help. The email swears my account will be deleted if I don't confirm it. What do I do?
