So every time the browser crashed or a blackout happens and it forced closed (sometimes the browser is closed normally and it still happens) the next time i start the browser it would show the restore session page. Pressing the restore session would just restore the open tabs and not the tab groups. Because of this i would need to go to the file manager, copy the previous.json and change it to replace the sessionstore. it's kinda annoying. is this problem just me or is this a known issue? also how to fix.

When I move down the screen the tab bar (where it shows what tabs are open at the top of the screen) disappears and it reappears when I move back up to where it should be. I must have switched it on accidentally and can't turn it off. One thing I read said to go to More tools > Customise toolbar > Return to default (this might have been for a different problem but I tried it anyway). When I did that it seemed to work temporarily but then the tab bar disappeared again.

Title says it all, "auto resize pictures using CTRL - + does not work". Generally speaking, the size of pictures simply WILL NOT reduce in size to view its entirety. Even when the scroll-bars are used the picture is still to wide. I have searched and asked for any setting in about_config, NOTHING! I truly expected something. The ONLY STUPID WAY to view said oversize picture is Download it then view. Isn't that a HACKERS DREAM??? YES I HAVE tried looking in SETTINGS and searched for months, found nothing that actually works. So now I have to use that 4-LETTER word... HELP!

I'm running Firefox on Win10 with no options to upgrade to 11. Since the latest firefox update installed, I'm getting a screen that says "Oops, something's wrong," and then I'm kicked out of gmail. A screen asks about sending a report to Firefox, which I check OK for. Today this is happening about every minute to 30 seconds . What needs to happen?

I am getting a report from Firefox when I run the install that it can only run on Windows 10 or Windows 11 and since this is a brand new win 11 computer that has never had any other OS on it, I do not understand the report.

What can I do. Chrome and Edge had no problem loading. I plan to install Brave next.

Firefox is my primary browser.

Several days ago a trio of "warnings" all labeled Mozilla Firefox popped up on my monitor. They included "Critical Error! Remove viruses now", "Warning! Virus Detected Clean Your Device" (with the choice of Renew Now {? renew what?} or Update Windows), "Warning! Your system is damaged by virus attack via d9BvqdcBn2sc73dc4btg.korvapod.co.in Remove the virus now", "Trojan Detected! (choose Remove virus now or Quick Scan), and variations on all of the above. I ran a malware scan from another provider and their advice was that this was an attempted hack so under no circumstances should I click on anything. They definitely said it wasn't from Mozilla Firefox. BUT they also couldn't find any traces anywhere in my computer. So for the past 5 days, I've been functioning with a partial screen, maybe 3/5 of full screen, because those darned "warnings" cannot be physically moved off the screen. How can I get rid of this mess? Thanks.

I want to add Browser Guard to my Malwarebytes installation but when I click to download it for Firefax I get a message: "This add-on is not actively monitored for security by Mozilla. Make sure you trust it before installing." But then I can't download thi feature. What is going wrong?

Earlier. I purchased the annual subscription for Mozila's VPN. But after finding out it impacted my browser's performance negatively, I tried to cancel it. It got cancelled. But I haven't been refunded yet, and noticed that the card number on the receipt is completely different than the one I used, in fact. None of my cards have the number shown.

When I use my bank's desktop website, I can use all services on the site except when I request a Proof of Payment. I can do it using Edge. How to fix in Firefox?

I have also entered the bank's websites (http version and https version) on the allowed websites section in Firefox settings. What else must I turn on or off?

I am watching a movie and would like to use Picture-in-Picture mode so I can continue watching while working, thanks to its floating window feature. However, I can no longer use it.

I have already tried clicking the Picture-in-Picture icon on the video, using the Ctrl + Shift + ] shortcut, and verifying that the feature is enabled under Settings > Tabs and Browsing > Media. Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Aside from its extension support, Picture-in-Picture is one of the main reasons I chose Mozilla Firefox.

I rely on Firefox entirely for my business. I'm really concerned that Firefox is become choked up - it is really slow to load pages. Am desperate to get it cleaned up ('serviced' so to speak) but am finding it difficult to get simple instructions to do this myself. Where can I get expert help?

Incidentally, it kept asking me to sign in, even though I wasn't using private windows or anything. So, I had to restart VPN Beta every time, even though I'd already done so. Basically, now I can't even start. They're trying to block such services in Russia, and apparently your site, mozilla.org, was caught in the crossfire, and I don't know what to do. Your built-in VPN was convenient enough that I could just turn it on for a few seconds to access a blocked site, rather than mess around with VPN clients. Perhaps if my Mozilla account never crashed and I didn't have to log in every time, this problem wouldn't exist, and I could activate the VPN right away, without logging in through a blocked site, since I'm sure the server itself is working.
