Hi, I noticed that my Firefox version has just been force-updated, on two of my computers, even though I had the automated updates unselected. I also noticed that the new version had added an opt-out option to use "AI" for my tabs which I do not want. There may be other settings that have appeared like this forcing "AI" on me and I am not going to check all of them. I will uninstall Firefox as it is no longer respecting my privacy and autonomy as a user, following the full-blown embrace of "genAI" which goes completely opposite Firefox values such as privacy, ethics, environmental responsibility and respect of their users. I might come back when Firefox goes back to being a privacy and environmentally-friendly browser.

I’m suddenly unable to open Mozilla Firefox at all on my Windows 11 Pro (version 25H2) Surface Laptop. The browser never launches - every attempt immediately crashes and opens the Firefox Crash Reporter.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox (and removing the old application files, though the original Firefox program folder has 13 .tmp files inside a “tobedeleted” folder that I can’t delete), but the issue persists. When I try to install or uninstall Firefox, I get the same behavior: Firefox never opens, and I end up with multiple instances of the Crash Reporter popping up instantly.

Tried renaming firefox.exe as well to no avail. Chrome and Edge are working fine.

Win 11 stopped working on my Lenoovo Yoga due to bitlocker key requirement that does not exist I'm in the process of installing Ubuntu during the installation something went wrong "system program problem detected" which stopped the installation

Using Firefox 145.0.2, Flatpak installed via Bazzite's Bazaar store, there is no "sparkle" button in the sidebar, no options present like there are when I use Firefox on Windows.

I just bought a new PC, part by part, and used my storage devices from my old PC. I formatted the windows drive and am on a fresh installation of windows 11. I tried to log in to my mozilla account, but couldn't remember my password so I used the "Forgot password" function. When I logged in, no bookmarks or history was saved. Is it possible to restore my synced data?

Where tf is the sync and save data button on Firefox Android v 142.0

I am trying to sync with my desktop and there's no option under the menu for sync. The instruction given when I try to sync is to click the menu, go to "sync and save data" and scan a qr code. Of course the code doesn't work from my camera like every other qr code in the universe. It has to be scanned in the Firefox app but there's nowhere in the app to do this.

It's not in settings. It's nowhere.

Where is it, I REALLY REALLY NEED TO SYNC so that I have access to my bookmarks on my phone.

This shouldn't be complicated or difficult where is it???????? :( This is ridiculous.

By addressing the problem that I have typed above. Why for over a year have I been getting 'Firefox not responding' message? I then have to start again every time. Thanks

I synced my data today in mozilla and after that i reinstalled windows on my PC. now i installed fresh mozilla and logged in into my account but my data is not synced... i lost a lot of open tabs,bookmarks etc... what can i do? is synced version still somewhere or what? i did everything as i supposed to do but i cant see my previous open tabs and bookmarks..

there is a payment methods label in settings but thats is. its just a label under it immediately comes save addresses from other articles i can see that there should be a saved cards button but i have nothing why?
