Some time in the last month or so Firefox has started downloading .csv files as .json. I need the files in .csv format so I can work with them in Excel. These are large files I don't want to deal with the trouble of converting them every time. I've started using Chrome just so the files download correctly. I can't find any setting to change to make .csv the default again.

Even when I tell the printer to print a range of pages, it will only print the first page. I spoke with HP Support already and they said the problem is with Firefox, not the printer. The drivers are updated.

I tried using my new external webcam on Google Meet but the browser could not detect it, I could only see the integrated one. First I thought there was something wrong with the new webcam but then I found out it works normally on Microsoft Edge. Anyone has an idea where the problem lies?

I have been using firefox along with xfinity for years. Firefox always logged me into xfinity automatically, BUT now is has stopped and each time I log out I have to re-enter informatioion. I have looked at the configurations and all look okay. Anyone able to help me out?:)

This problem just started with the last update or two from firefox, and the other browsers CHROME or EDGE loads the site just fine. To view how the twitter feed should look, just load in those browsers and you will see it styled.

You notice the lower left twitter feed, it is not being styled by css through js. I get a console error that reads. DOMException: Permission denied to access property "frameElement" on cross-origin object

I am not sure how to fix this with a setting turned off or on maybe, or if firefox can fix in the browser, as i really dont want to use Chrome.

Instagram specifically is getting unpinned every time I restart firefox. I tried clearing its cookies and data, but that didn't help (not that I thought it would).

When I use firefox last couple of days, my pc runs particually slow and firefox reguarlay goes into not responding. I check task manager and my firefox always appears to have multiple processes open whether i have 4 tabs open or 1, It appears on taske manager like : Firefox (Logo) (6), and you can expand it so you can see each process individually. I search online and it reccomended i go on firefox setting on about:preferneces and ive set my process limit to one. However on task manager it still says i have 5 firefox process running. I am not the most tech savy however so dontknow if these multiple processes are the cause to my laptop runing slow. I have attached some images so my description makes sense. Thanks, Sean :)

I have been using keyword searches setup as bookmarks since Netscape 4 and IE 3. Something like "g" -> google.com/search?query=%s. For some reason, Firefox will sometimes correctly return a search for "test" when typing "g test" but will often return a search for "g test". This is a fairly recent issue with a function that previously worked since the inception of the browser. Why is Firefox misunderstanding the semantics of my keyword search and how do I workaround this bug?

Recently i have two lists, one direct under the other, in my bookmarks (computer). How do i change this back to the normal 1?

PS could at be that firefox on my new telephone (and synchronisation) is the culprit?

Why is it that Firefox changes the default application for viewing PDFs?

I have several machines with Firefox installed and I have one that constantly changes the default PDF viewer from Windows Default to Save - every single day. Very annoying.

I decided to install firefox nightly on my windows 10 pro / 64-bit edition laptop early this morning because I already have it installed on two different computers with the exact same operating system installed. On those computers when I pin a desired site they remain there until I decide to manually unpin them. That's not the case with my installation here on my laptop, after having pinned a site the proper way & then going to a different site and upon returning to the original new tab page where I had previously pinned a desired site it no longer appears...why ? The Firefox browser keeps closing my touch keyboard whenever I try to use it in the browser. Works just fine in any other application, not sure why Firefox is getting jumpy. The keyboard opens for a hot second before immediately closing, so it is recognizing it to some extent. Could I get some help? Thanks
