HOW MANY TIMES can Firefox lose my bookmarks......again and again and again. Restoring from a profile is stupid because all new bookmarks are still gone. This product used to be good...now it is so unreliable that I am switching to Edge which never loses my bookmarks. NO.....I DID NOT DO THIS!! YES, YOUR PROGRAM DID AGAIN. NO I ADDED OR DELETED NOTHING. IT IS IN FACT YOU!! Every time an update in installed I face this. I no longer have a single shred of confidence in this product. Every month or so...BAM....bookmarks gone again. RIDICULOUS. And you want donations for this?

I have used firefox as my brouser on my PC for years with all my bookmarks and passwords. Now without my old computer, how do I restore all my account passwords and bookmarks as it was before.? I am using windows 11 on a Dell desktop PC. Please help. I am not a computer genius. Is there a phone number to call for live help.

today i recognize that my bookmarks are gone and i cant find any backup data or something else. First of all i restart morzilla. Then i restart my windows 11. still gone so i load a windows backup from yesterday. nothing change so i reinstall Morzilla but its still gone.

Is there anything else i can do ?

I suddenly got a message on my screen that my bookmarks and history were not available because another program and Firefox were trying to use the same application. I followed directions on how to determine the exact problem and cannot get anywhere with that. I then tried editing my profiles and ended up losing all but the main one, and there are very few bookmarks included with it. Would there be any way I can retrieve at least part of the files I have lost, especially my bookmarks? I thank anyone who can help me in advance.

My bookmarks are not working. Every time I try to click the star, nothing happens. I try to add bookmarks using ctrl d and nothing happens. This happened probably after an update from firefox (there is so many that I have to do constantly). I even tried restoring previous bookmarks, however it tells me unable to process the backup files. Ive even done "refresh firefox" "troubleshoot mode" and "clear startup cache" in the about:support area. Ive also reset my pc multiple times.

I would hate to have to use a different browser. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS

My Mozilla Account was Accidentally Deleted Today and I'm Looking to Recover my Data (History / Passwords / etc.). Is There any Way to Do so?

All of my minimised firefox windows have disappeared. If I go to history and try to restore them, I only have today's windows listed. I can't go back to 2025! I can I recover my missing windows? Thanks and regards, Rob

I have lost all my 'Bookmarks' and have researched how to resolve, without any results. I still have Win10 but have signed up for another year or support. as you know, losing years of BM's is hard to replace. Any help would be 'GREATLY' appreciated. Thanks, Tony... [email removed]@yahoo.com

Hey guys, My friend got on my pc and shut it off without me looking and somehow when i opened it back up all my tabs(couple hundred) distributed between 3 windows were lost. I've tried all the usual recovery options by doing previous or session restore, its not popping up in recently closed windows as well, where i usually recover my sessions from if it does go wrong. Is there any other way where this data may be stored, to recover a session from 31st Dec 2025.

All my data that I had in Firefox is gone. I have been using Firefox for 3 years now and had bookmarks and accounts set up. Today I opened firefox and logged in and they asked for recovery key out of nowhere now all my data is gone. If I dont get access to my bookmarks and saved accounts I will be switching to a different browser.

PLEASE give me back my bookmarks, without being a f-ing programmer. Import does not work, no way to restore, feels like I am supposed to become an IT tech just to undo something an apparent update did to me.
